Very easy! Within our section of renting by months you will be able to see the different models of electric motorcycles available and their characteristics. Through the specific form on the same page you can send us your rental request with the information on the form, the model and the time you want. We will answer your request with the necessary details to follow the process. The final rental contract will be signed in our offices on the day of delivery of the vehicle.
The feeling of riding an electric motorcycle is something totally different from the sensations you get from a normal bike. You will notice that the impulse is different, so we recommend that if you have not driven an electric motorcycle before, you start cautiously until you are comfortable with the ride. It's comfortable and fun, and you'll get the hang of it easily!
If you have your own parking space, great, otherwise you'll have to park on the street. You take the usual measurements in this case. Make sure you put the lock we provide you with and park in authorized places. Remember that the battery is removable. We recommend that you always take it with you even if you do not need to charge it.
We will provide you with the tools and advice you need to take care of your bike, but it is up to you to return all the equipment provided.
The insurance contracted by Emoveyou with the Insurance Company, covers the Client with Insurance against third parties and damage to persons in the measures and conditions established in the Regulation of Compulsory Insurance. Excluded from the insurance are loss, theft and damage caused to goods or objects transported in the rented vehicle owned by the Customer.
In the event of a breakdown, call us on the helpline provided at the time of delivery and we will give you the necessary instructions.
In case of theft, the Customer will be obliged to pay Emoveyou S.L. the total amount of the stolen material. It is important that you take care of the rented material during its use but also when you are not using it. Keep an eye on the parking space and always use the lock we provide. We recommend that you take the electric battery home, even if you do not have to charge it, because it is one of the most expensive components and can also be a deterrent to thieves.
Vacation Rentals
Very easy! The whole booking process is online. You only have to choose from the available options we offer in the Vacation Rental section. If you are a tenant of one of the Partners Hotels you will have to carry out the rental process within the options of that Hotel. The payment is totally safe by credit card and you will receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail that you will only have to show at the time of collection.
The law states that it is mandatory for cyclists under 16 to wear a helmet, regardless of the road they are riding on. For those over 16, the use of helmets in the city is only recommended, but it is also mandatory on intercity roads. In any case, helmets are included in the rental price.

Bicycles like to sleep indoors, just like people. If you are staying in a hotel, check with reception to find out if you can take the bike to your room or if they can store it in their luggage room. Keeping your bike inside at night is the best way to avoid possible damage or theft.
We will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to keep the bike safe, but it is up to you to return all the equipment provided.
That probably won't happen. But if it does, stop driving immediately and find the nearest bike shop and ask them to fix it. The repair should cost around 12- 15 Euros, including labour, and be sure to ask for a receipt. If you need any instructions, give us a call.

If you do not yet have a customer account, you can register when you place your first order. In your customer account you can see the delivery status of your order as well as previous orders.

Yes, in the online shop you will be able to see the online financing service available through a third party. Simply choose the option to pay in instalments during the purchase process and the system will ask you for the information you need - it's fast and paperless!
Our bikes and skates are shipped pre-assembled. You only have to assemble the pedals, straighten and fix the handlebars, and place the front wheel. These steps are very simple, even for inexperienced people. In case of doubt, please consult the assembly instructions or our customer service. The brakes, gears and other components are already adjusted and fixed.
For logistical reasons, we cannot keep the frame numbers of the bikes sent, so they do not appear on the invoice.
Note: Please make a note of the frame number on the invoice as soon as you receive your order.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return the product purchased. Please contact us within the stipulated period through the means provided. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note, in its original packaging without opening or using the product. You can see the complete conditions here.
The prices indicated on the website are those for sale without registration. Once you have bought the bike we will inform you about the delivery and registration process. Normally the motorcycles are delivered to the nearest official dealer of the brand. The registration fees are those established in each region or community.
